The University of Granada (UGR) is an educational institution located in the city of Granada, in the region of Andalusia, Spain. Founded in 1531 by Emperor Charles V, it is one of the oldest universities in Spain and has played a significant role in the academic and cultural history of the country.
The UGR Logo features the regal symbol of previous Spanish monarch Juan Carlos de Borbon. The Universidad de Granada Logo also features the university’s name written in capital letters. The logo is made out of historically significant features for the university and the royal emblem stays untouched.
